Do to the Covid-19 outbreak, all private sessions will be conducted via platforms such as Zoom, Facetime, and Skype
Whether it be because you are new to yoga and prefer to practice in privacy before joining a group class or course, or because you would prefer to refine and/or deepen your practice in private, a One to One session is also suitable for those who feel that they have a specific issue, be it emotional, physical or physiological as the sessions are tailored to suit the individuals needs.
Henrietta has extensive experience teaching people with a variety of ailments/conditions such as those with cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, metabolic disorders, quality of life for those with cancer, stress, depression and the management of pain. For this purpose she studies Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology under the guidance of a respected surgeon from Berlin. She is also studying Kinetic Therapy and has completed Kinesiology TFH 1, 2, 3 & 4 with an experienced and knowledgeable teacher from Australia.
Though not a healer, Henrietta offers a safe space for people to rediscover the innate wisdom within and uses a combination of breath work, yoga, kinesiology, dialogue and such appropriate to the individual.
